When an incoming email's subject, sender, preview, or account contains any of these keywords (case-insensitive), the employee's Discord webhook is pinged.
One keyword per line. Spaces are allowed (e.g. order confirmation).
Set the password the employee uses to log in. Setting a new password logs out any active employee session.
Paste your Discord webhook URL here. Keyword-matched emails will post here as embeds. Get a webhook URL from Discord → Channel Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.
The employee normally sets this themselves. Editable here too so you can pre-fill or change it.
Emails matching any of these will trigger your webhook. Only the admin can change this list.
